SCAN are holding our annual Mascotathon, sponsored dog walk and fun dog show at Parque El Basot in El Verger. Registration from 9.30 and 4 kilometer walk starts at 10.30. This will be followed by a fun dog show, also a bar and a BBQ, Paellas, roast chickens and vegetarian options.
If you have a dog then come along and join the fun and if you don’t have a dog of your own, then why not come along and walk one of our shelter dogs.

SCAN, The Society for the Care of Animals in Need, is an animal charity in El Verger that rescues and rehomes abandoned and maltreated cats and dogs. We do not receive any money from any Town Hall or authority, raise all our funds through our charity shop in El Verger, through fund raising events and donations and we are staffed entirely by volunteers.
